Posture Correction

You either slouch, or have ever hunched your back, or poked your chin. Take into account how your neck looks when you’re chatting on WhatsApp, and tell me if it’s good posture. The same logic goes for every other habit; your body makes up a system of connected parts that is only as strong as its weakest link. And the back is home to a lot of those weak links.

Your posture is about the way you stand, sit, and move. You can correct it by correcting the way you stand, sit, and move, with some balance exercises.

Wrong posture needs corrections. Before I correct your posture I define what needs correction or in other words I analyse your posture as a first step.
